That Google login does not manage any ad accounts

You signed in as meera@brightsidedental.example. Ads are often under a different login: a personal Gmail, or an agency's account. Nothing was connected.

Finding the right login

Open Google Ads in another tab and look at the account icon at the top right. That is the email you need.

If an agency set up your ads, ask them to give meera@brightsidedental.example access to the account, then come back and connect again.
